Austin Wayne Haley, 30, appeared in court accused of engaging in unwanted sexual contact with six women during tattoo appointments between the fall of 2024 and December 2025.

Court records allege that each victim scheduled tattoo sessions with Haley at either his home or tattoo studio, where the alleged conduct occurred while he was tattooing them.

According to the complaint, Haley allegedly positioned his bare penis on the victims’ bodies during the sessions and ejaculated on some of them. The women reported being alone with Haley at the time of the alleged assaults.

Haley is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. Because the alleged crimes occurred in Indian Country, the case falls under federal jurisdiction.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bixby Police Department are investigating the case. Assistant U.S. Attorney Stacey Todd is prosecuting.

Federal authorities said they believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. The FBI is asking anyone with information or who believes they were victimized by Haley to contact investigators by emailing AustinHaleyVictims@fbi.gov or submitting a tip at tips.fbi.gov. The FBI has also shared the request for information through its Oklahoma City field office social media channels.

A criminal complaint is an allegation. Haley is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
