It is our proposal that the Cherokee Nation consider establishing a Digital Resource Dividend — a structured program by which digital infrastructure operating on tribal land contributes a negotiated revenue share to the Nation.  These funds would then be distributed annually to households within the Cherokee Nation, creating a stable, equitable, and long-term benefit for our citizens.
