UKB Member Blaine Bailey to Appear on New CBS Series The Road, Streaming on Paramount+

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — United Keetoowah Band member Blaine Bailey was among 12 contestants featured on the new CBS music competition series The Road, premiered Sunday, Oct. 19, at 8 p.m. Central. The show was streamed live and is currently on-demand on Paramount+.

The Road follows a group of emerging musicians as they perform in venues across the United States, opening for Grammy Award-winning country artist Keith Urban. Viewers will see behind the scenes of life on tour through the show’s documentary-style storytelling.

Bailey competed before judges Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, and Gretchen Wilson, as well as live audiences at each stop.

“We are incredibly proud of Blaine as he represents the Keetoowah people with talent, heart, and determination,” said Chief Jeff Wacoche. “We wish him the very best on this exciting journey.”

New episodes of The Road will air every Sunday night on CBS and be available for streaming on Paramount+.
