Join us for an engaging presentation by James A. Humphrey, author of the Cherokee Trilogy—historical novels following a fictional Cherokee family through pivotal moments in Tsalagi history, from the era of Doublehead, Old Tassel, and John Watts through Removal, the Civil War, and Reconstruction.
Inspired by Humphrey’s grandmother, Ella Waters, a Dawes Roll signee, these stories bring history to life through personal journeys of survival, loss, and resilience.
Special PremiereThis event debuts Humphrey’s new 2026 trilogy presentation, to be featured at book clubs, historical societies, and public programs in the coming year.
Books will not be sold, but the author will be happy to sign pre-purchased copies.
