Dana Lynn Williams

We lost a truly remarkable individual, that had a love for laughter, ready to share with those she loved. A vibrant soul born to Gordon and Alyce Williams, who began her journey in the sunny embrace of California and later found her roots in the heartlands of Kansas.

In her younger years, she enjoyed speed skating, winning many awards along the way. Skating was also where she and her little sister Orna nurtured their unbreakable lifelong bond. The sister's bond grew deeper as they inherited an adventurous spirit and ornery side thought to be from their dad.

Graduating high school in 1976, at Arkansas City High School.

She had an unwavering work ethic, consistently putting in hard work and dedication. She worked in aviation before becoming a General Manager at Pizza Hut where she worked for over 23 years.

With her authentic and adventurous spirit, each moment of Dana's life story was creating irreplaceable moments with friends and family around her. She nurtured her inner child by staying in awe of the beauty in the world around her. It's been said that cartoons were often her preferred TV programs. She found joy in life's simplest pleasures such as rock hunting, star gazing, traveling, and hosting cousin parties. She found comfort in spending time with her mom drinking a cup of coffee while having heartfelt conversations about God.

Dana was preceded in death by her father Gordon and her brother Gordon Williams Jr. great nieces Kasidy Williams and Cloey Waite.
